Dear Ankit
Thanks for your post. I am glad to see the concern you have raised.
1. The batch strength we are looking is 100-120. As the market has also gone down drastically of MBA so if we get the desired & Sadhana type students - we will be extremely happy.
2. The issue you have raised that we are selecting aybody and everybody is not CORRECT. The proof remains that we have selected only 65 % - 70 % of total application we got this year. Again iterating the fact we are not a money making college where in we take students just for the sake of getting revenue.
3. You raised an issue about Quality ??
What is Quality - How you define it ?? Who you consider good quality or bad quality ??
So the student who did not got through any good college is a bad quality, this is what you mean to say, right ??
So a student who got through in one of the top 20 college in India is of a better quality student then those who were not able to clear the top 20. But then the same guy willl be of inferior quality when he gets compared to a student who got through one of the top 5 institute in India.
Now the student who got through IIM I or IIM K or IIM L is of a bad quality then the one who got through IIM A.
An IIM A also is much lower than an Harvard, Oxford, Yale or any top university of the world.
So what we believe in Sadhana is there is nothing called as bad quality or good quality - There is a right FIT only.
We select only those who fits in our scheme of things. If someone is not a 90 % hardly matters to us but what we look for is if he fulfills our criteria.
This is the underlying base, core and fundamental of Sadhana.
And the challenge we feel is not in taking the best and making them the best which they already are but takiing a student of low quality (acc to you) and making them compete with the best around.
It will only happen when you look inside and realize your potential which everyone has despite being anyone. Albert Einstien biggest fear was from Mathmatics and hope you know what he became - one of the world greatest.
In Sadhana we dont TEACH - we only help/ facilitate one to realize their potential. Hope you got the point. Do write to us & we will be glad to reply you.
Cheers,
