You also seems to be in the same boat in which this guy is in. everybody has a different choice about college. so lets not compare colleges on this forum. If you have some posivtive points about some college please share.

u will have a number of people leaving one college for another and due to this shift a lot of people will leave and join and leave and join various colleges...
people will leave a lot of colleges for iims and iits and hence there will a few empty seats there.
people from lower colleges will also shift to these 2-nd rung colleges...and so on...
