If the bank gives you a DD in favor of the bank, then the college will refund you the fees that you had paid.

1. you can address it 'to whomsoever it may concern'
2. SBI transfers the loan amt directly to your account.you can ask them to do so.

Previously it used to be that if you cancel admission after the commencement of the course then proportional fee will be deducted, eg in first month 10%. But the refund will be done only if the seat vacated by you is filled by some another candidate. Don't know where the link is now.
The transfer will not be done automatically. A procedure has to be followed. Many puys have done the transfer and have shared the process in previous posts, so please go through them.

2.) Final Score Card

3.) SSC & HSC Certificate (not carrying DOB certificate since I don't have it with me right now, is it compulsory????)

4.) Official Transcripts for 6 semesters. 7th semester is not available. Although on the certificate of eligibility it is written that i have passed all the courses in these 7 semesters in one attempt.

5.) Certificate of eligibility from the Principal/Registrar stating that I have completed all the requirements of obtaining the Bachelors Degree on the date of issue of certificate etc etc

6.) 2 photographs

Certificate of eligibility from the Principal/Registrar stating that you have completed all the requirements of obtaining the Bachelors Degree on the date of issue of certificate. (Compulsory for all the appearing graduates).
Provisional admission will be given subject to clearing the final examination in first attempt with 50% aggregate marks. The last date of submission of the degree marksheet and provisional passing certificate will be 10th August, 2012. Please note that failing to meet this requirement, will result in the cancellation of your studentship and the fees paid will not be refunded.

As of now I will be submitting

1)Admission Letter
2)Score Card
3)All marksheets(attested & original)
4)Birth Certificate

Is this sufficient ? Rest of the things can be submitted later?

This is fine for now. Try to get an Eligibility Certi from your college if possible. Even if you don't it will do.

yes 1000 will be cut before session starts!...
nothing will be transferred automatically. you will have o inform admission dept. about the same and courier some documents to get transferred to BM.

No,there is no need to go to Mumbai to get your refund. You have send an application with the original fees receipt and the draft will reach you within 15 days.
PS- I had asked for the refund pilocy via mail to the admissions office and this the reply i received.

I have a query.. I have a all the individual MKS of 7 semesters. But 3rd semester is missing.
I have the consolidated MKS too.. Will carry all. I have applied for 3rd semester MKS but my universuty will issue in 2 months atleast. Also they denied to give in writing that my MKS is misplaced and will get issued in 2 months as it is my mistake.
Plz any one tell me what to do? Will it create problem while admission process?

How many of you here are getting the fees transferred from focus courses to CORE MBA?? Please elaborate the procedure as I don't have the original receipt but the receiving of the Demand Draft as the admission's office said I will be receiving the hard copy through courier. I have dropped them several emails for the transfer to be initiated with the necessary documents attached. However, I havn't received any reply from them yet.

Does any1 know how much interest is SBI charging towards education loan for NMIMS?

Was provided 3 months paid training in SP Jain as a part of Graduate Trainee batch.
After that was absorbed in Vehicle Loans product dept.
Between me and my boss (the Product Manager) we currently handle 6 products.

Not sure about today as we have convocation for 2012 batch today.
Don't rely on e-mail/s alone. Try phone number/s too.

Check this thread; some other aspirant has paid in installment.

Due to the start of the new fiscal year and the impending bank audits, the loan officials have told me that there is no way that I can get a loan before 9th April.
I have already sent a mail @ admissions.sbm@nmims.edu to get an extension to pay my fees.

Has anybody got an extension to pay the fees. ?

2. Seriously? Aadha paise market mein invest karna hai?
You'll get the other half when you're required to pay 2nd yr fee.

3. If you approach them on time and they are able to process before D-day, cheque will be issued in NM's name. Else they will ask you to submit fees and then issue cheque in your name/deposit in your account.
