Yes you need to apply again by paying the charges... and for HR BIMM pune is better option and your 12th is less but i hope graduation is more than 55 so no problem....

For Christ, don't expect they ll send you application. Apply it separately . For colleges refer previous posts.

Thr are no specific Cut off's . If your score is above 600 your almost eligible for applying all. More the composite score, Better your chances

IITs & NITs dont take the MAT score...they hav there own xm JMET & I think good colleges are Christ & alliancw Banglore...

if you wish to do mba in rural management then its good option but for its general mba course its kinda average college and campus is situated at a location which is not a location for any good college I mean ek gali type road ke andar se jana padta hai tab campus dikhta hai and campus bhi kuch khaas nahi hai.So if u r interested in rural management mba then think of iirm jaipur. I'm from jaipur so better know about iirm.

Mukund Itm navy mumbai is good for you, christ also good but honestly not so good as compared to Cat colleges of tier-2.I will suggest you to appear for gd-pi of itm, christ for practice purpose and for experience of gd-pi.
You are willing to give cat 2012 so all the best for that

U have to applyto them individually, if ur intrested in great lakes u dont have much time left for the first session, 4 days only. Try to get on the link I sent yaa. Coz Lakes is accepting mat for the first time. So u wont find much info, but there is some earlier. TAPMI healthcare has mat, so If u r in pharma or some related field its ok , otherwise tapmi is of lil use.

I couldn't find Great Lakes as well as SIES on the list of institutes accepting feb mat 2012 scores that is given in the mat bulletin , so will have to check on them .
I have actually sent my scores to Christ,Alliance,Jaipuria,TA Pai MI & Amity(Noida) from the option they offer you in MAT.
