If your 8 sem aggregate is 62.17% and if you clear the cut offs, then you can attend gdpi... They won't accept any changes because they know that different universities has different criteria... So only they have adopted the aggregate technique to measure consistent performance...

i can provide them stating total marks for 62.17 % for last 3 sem in my final marksheet..!!..will they consider it??..or they will just refuse it saying that v want all 8 sem aggregate.!!!

^^ also they will manually check the average, so no one can cheat there also...

No one has tried that before... But LIBA is strict about the criteria, if you didn't bring any correct documents, you won't be allowed for the gd...

if i make avg by simple method then it will b 57.35..!!..:(..so does that imply i m nt eligible??...
wat wud happn if i write 62.17 in form as per our uni rules n then at the time of interview they asks for avg % n i come with 57.35??...will they simply reject my application?..

you should be having a minimum aggregate of 60% at the end of your course. (i.e average of all the semesters). atb!!
Last time during interview itself, they asked us to find the average of all the sem marks.. Arrears was also asked to be mentioned at that time...

as per our gujarat university...last 3 sem are taken into consideration for DEGREE % and i m getting 62.17% in last 3 sem..
bt if v see overall 8 sem aggregate then its 57.35..!!....
moreover according to our uni if any student gets an ATKT in any of the sub in last 3 sem he is given pass c...

DM is very low, I think you won't clear sectionals... try with CAT...
btw TF showed approx %ile last time...

If you don't have 60%, your application would be rejected..

Boys Hostel will cost around 5000rs per month including food. Can't predict the percentile, it may lead to misguidance...
You didn't mention your category, and have u mentioned %iles or marks?

By what mode you applied?
As Kathasuri told, if you didnt buy prospectus earlier, it would be sent to you.
If you clear the cut offs, you would receive the GDPI call mail..

No, you don't have to send any other documents or score card. Only the aplplication form is enough...

Total course fees would be around rs.6.5 lakhs. The complete split up is given in the prospectus.

Our GDPI took place in chennai during April 1 to 3. I just checked the call letter. They have mentioned "We wish to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate any changes in the schedule, and therefore we request you not to ask for any changes."... Mostly they won't change it. I will enqu...

So far they haven't changed interview dates for anyone... interviews will be taking place at different cities, so they can't change the dates totally... in each city, it will happen 3 to 4 days, if u r attending in chennai, then they may change it within those 3days, if its such an emergency... I...

and i attended the e supply chain leccture in liba hope some ppl remember me:P i was asking questins :D

ive published articles in couple of international journals and im also gonna attend an international conference in US will it help? also im going to us between mar 11-14 will they change the interview date if it happens at this time? also tell me the score cos im a tamil catholic

If you had written CAT, you would have roughly found your %ile by now..
If you going to write XAT, then no one knows how many question they will ask, or the marks allotted to each question..
Also %iles are based on relative performance. A person who attended 50 out of 100 questions last ye...

If you clear the cut offs, then your chances are same as a work exp person... no matter whether you have low cut off, or high experience, it all depends on how you perform in GDPI....

How are admissions done for passed out graduates without any work exp? Is it difficult to get into in that case? My profile is:
10th-76%
12th-94%
B.Tech- 8.64 (Till 6th sem)

there will be weightage given to xat/cat score, gd, pi, work exp (if any), previous academic performance. the weightage changes every year. u can check the mandatory disclosure for 2009 in liba site for more info.

It would be around rs.5000..... slight variation based on whether you choose veg or non veg or north Indian food in mess...
