At least the current scenario
1. The avg package is around 3.5 lac. except for Asian paints and LG .Most of them are around 3.5 lac. and only 1 or 2 students are selected in these 2 comp.
Recently a company visited the college and conducted pool placements along with 2 other colleges company offered 3.25 to isbmites and 4.75 to other colleges student
2. If u have the will to give fines for very petty things, that too for 1000 rs. minimum
3. If u are given holidays such as festive holidays or winter break u have to pay the price for that also in currency.Even around 5 prime faculties left the college this year because of certain reasons.including Director, Academic chairperson,etc...
4. I have never ever seen such a pathetic administration before. Nothing has developed since its opening date. There is swimming pool which get cleared thrice a year ;D . Even hostellites don't use college mess instead use nearby college mess.And you have to pay fine for that also... Even the so called Vice president too goes to the nearby college mess
5. and yes it's very good college if u wish to have just parties and boozing and smoking pot .There is no boundation at all.(Bob Marley's home ground...)
6. For placement u have to fight along with Viman nagar students also. which leads to the total of around 400 students.
7. Although there are +ve things also. Yes you can say that its a student driven college. Even Placements also.
8.College is far in the forest where u don't get any means of communication within 8 kms.

Now It's all upto u to justify .Best is "Dikhawe per mat jao apni akal lagao"

Thanks for insight buddy, but i met the odd 2de only i enrolled paying 1350 n den got to see yr post. instt claims to have 5.5 lacs avg ctc, so they r making ppl rascal deviating the fact n truth, but just 1 thing wanted to say if 1 is capable to make it in odd n challenging situations too, den any instt can get u an opportunity.
my bro did pgdm from isbm only 6-7 years ago joined at 2.5 ctc dat time but as on day he is having 27 lac as ctc working with Deloitte.

Yes.. you are definitely eligible for ISB&M.;
Its a 10 year old brand & the position it has made in the industry is commendable.
Also it has a good reputation in Pune and is a well known brand among the corporate.
As far as infrastructure is concerned it is also good.

For finance in particular you really need to good with mathematics & also well informed about the financial market and a decent knowledge about accounting.. All this should be done on a consistent basis else it will be tough to get through a good finance company.

Faculties are also good & supporting. At the end of the day its up-to the student how much he wants to learn & study.

Placement season is still on, so it will be early to comment on the exact figures. Also considering the current market scenario which is not as good as before, still our senior batch have fared well in terms of placements.
But to brief you about the packages, we have :
Companies like ING Vysya, TATA Motors, Asian Paints, etc. gave packages between 8-10.5 Lacs CTC. :clap:
And many companies gave packages ranging from 4.75-7 Lacs CTC.
(Its the real scenario.. :cheers:)

Considering you are a B.Tech you really have a very good chance to be placed in a good company. :o

I would like to say that in every walk of life you will find people who have a negative vibe around them, they are always frustrated, they can't think positive about anything, they always find something to grumble about, and many other such characteristics.

So, a piece of advice to you is that always be "BEWARE" of such peoples in life as they never do good for themselves & neither want good for others.

I would like to throw some light on the academic & other activities of the institute.
We have tri-semester system with Mid-Terms exams (every 45 days)
& End-Term exams (every 90 days).
Also there is a continuous evaluation of marks throughout the semester in the form of : assignments, case studies, quizzes & presentations.
There are different CELL's for different activities :
PAC (Placement Assistant Cell)
CRC (Corporate Relation Cell)
PDC (Professional Development Cell)
Alumni Cell
Sporties Cell
LSD (Lifestyle Development Cell)
All this together comprise the Student Council of the institute as it is completely managed by the students.

The cultural fest i.e. FORZA & CRESCENDO (the two flagship event our our institute) are also managed by the students.
So it acts as a platform to showcase as well as to develop managerial skills.

So, in all ISB&M; is a place for an all round development of the personality.

But I am planing to give ATMA which will be held on 14th feb ....so how they will consider ATMA score for GDPI.??
2.I have secured a score of 588.9 in MAT Dec...do they will call me for GD-PI??
My profile is - 10th- 79 %(state board , orissa)
Diploma in engineering- 72 (Hons)
Btech ...62.8 %
Work experience - 16 month as a GET and then Assistant Engineer
What are my chances to get a GD-PI call and chance of convert if i perform well ??

i don't think they will announce the final result on 14th feb, it's the only time specified for admission process of GD/PI, just fill with the details of your ATMA in the form and in result write APPEARED and they will check it themselves.....for more details seniors can help......

whether u shall get the GD/PI call or not is the sole discretion of the colg..
but atleast u can give it a try.

u can even apply to ISB&M; by giving CMAT or the ISB&M; autonomous test(if u r damn serious abt getting into the colg)

100% Placement for 2009-2011 Batch
Highest Salary 10.75 Lacs(CTC)
Average over 6.02 Lacs(CTC)
Lowest 3.5 Lacs(CTC)
Top-end talented ones can expect Rs. 7 - 10.75 Lacs
Mid Range can expect Rs. 4.5 - 6.5 Lacs
Bottom end 5-7% can expect Rs. 3.5 - 4.5 Lacs

Does it mean from a batch size of 300 students around 280
were placed with a salary pkg of > 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary at your campus is 3.5 LPA..??

I agree to the given figures....
but it was of last year batch.. there has been a lot of changes in the market scenario since then..

I don't think the current placement season is encouraging due to recession but the Placement Team at ISB&M; has done a commendable job inspite of that.

If u are more concentrated on ROI ..then i doubt u shall be satisfied in the present Scenario..

yes CMat scores are accepted.the date of registration is changed for CMAT..check it.

For finance the highest package is 6 lakhs by STAN C

Write your Name, Roll Number and Full Address on back side of Demand Draft. The Prospectus will be mailed to you on receipt of your Demand Draft.
   
2. Method B. By Online Payment
