I suggest you puys to catch hold of few passed out fellas from the college and shoot your queries at them...they would be in a better position to "enlighten" you abt all that is related to the good bad and ugly of Indira !!!...i agree that most of them would rant abt the institute but there are a few who would also give it a thumbs up !!!
I passed out in 2012, currently working with the biggest media house in the country, the Times Group. Having said that, i can vouch for the fact that , you can write your own destiny, get urself placed in reputed organization post your PG...only if you strive to be the best. If you continue to be an average guy, doing average stuffs, giving average performances...then even IIMs wont be able to help you in getting ur expected pay packages...an institution is only as good as its students...and not vice versa

i got BITM and despite constatnt mails to the admission cell they did not change it to BIMM..now m confused whether to take admission in BITM or look for some other college

Well yestdrdy was My gd-pi In IIMp..and dey told us to fill a priority for both coleges IIMP and ISBS...and I have given 1st priority to IIMP for PGDM.. but still m cnfused tat wethr I should go for ISBS or IIMP.. I asked d sir present over there...he told me tat it wont make much difrrence.Placmnts r centralised... wats ur views..?? Plzz help...

@lavenderpink You got it right. Finance is on second position and as said earlier, to be more specific only 5-7 out of 30 get placed till now in HR with an avg package of 3.5lac. Highest is 6.5 from marketing.

@lavenderpink Not as good as we had last year. Also among all those placed till now, the list includes around 80% from Marketing only.

@Nams04 There are good companies for HR also, but definitely not in bulk like as we have in marketing. Also unlike marketing, companies do not recruit in big numbers when it comes to HR.

@Nams04 If you really have the skills of being a good HR backed by a decent academic record, then Indira is for you.

@abhim2811 In terms of ROI, Indira is always better than any other college in Pune for marketing, but also not bad for finance.
