Getting an accommodation near by college would be lil difficult . U may search it over the net and can get it thru brokers as well( Broker's numbers pamphlets u may easily find hanging here and there in the areas u r looking for) Alternatively if u r on facebook, u may ask ur sister to contact...

Both r good colleges. So location may be a parameter to decide as per ur interest.
