Now in my case during my diploma studies i had a one year drop then continued the same and later after completing graduation I went for job and worked for 21 months and later again i took a year gap and now applying for PGDM so do i need GAP certificate??? if yes then for how much period.......??

No, It doesn't mean there is drop in your education, it is just declaration certificate stating during that period you didn't take any educational degree and didn't apply for any scholarship, that's it!

Poo,

You need to to submit GAP certificate if there is any gap in your education.

In your case you need to submit GAP certificate of 1 year for year 2010-2011.

In case you have more gaps during your graduation then you need to mention that in your GAP certificate.

Just go to any local court in Mumbai, and ask them for GAP certificate, And there is a particular format of GAP certificate where you just need to fill in the details, if you ask to local notary they will do the needful. The GAP certificate should cost you around 100-200 Rs. subject to negotiation.

You need to to submit GAP certificate if there is any gap in your education.

In your case you need to submit GAP certificate of 1 year for year 2010-2011.

Have you had gaps in your academics? If yes, then you can get a GAP certificate from a Notary.

If you havn't had any gaps then i suppose you wouldn't need such a certificate. If you've completed MSc in 2010 without any gaps in any of the academic courses, then i guess you don't need one.

I will still advise you to check and confirm with the admissions cell as these queries are very student specific. Don't go by my words.

Faculty is decent.. Most profiles in Pharma have been in the range of 3 to 4 lacs which is the case in most B Schools.

You can apply, chances look 50-50 though... For you, a lot will depend on how you perform in the Micro Presentation and the PI.

1) Do you have work ex? Anyway, you may give a try, you never know if things go your way.

2) The expected cut off for MMS (Gen Category) could be 156+ going by the past trend. I am not sure about the NT 3 Category. You can check the following link on the dte.org.in/mba website to check cut off's for other categories

The Avg Salary at IES Management College & Research Centre is around 4 to 4.25 lacs p.a

MAT Score
- Yes, MAT Score was accepted for PGDM admissions till last year (Dec and Feb). However this year i have heard PGDM admissions are going to be centralized. Not sure though

Fee Structure
- Fee Structure for PGDM for 2010-2012 batch was 4.20 lacs (for both years) (laptop included). Only 1st year's fees need to be paid during admission (Around 2 to 2.20 lacs). Remaining while entering 2nd Year.
