I confirmed from Admissions regarding refunds. All have been done.


Only 3 cases are left who got 49k in stead of 50k by default. That will also be done very soon.

Few people have not yet got their Refund because college is yet to get your Details. Somehow they are going to junk.

Kindly mail the details in excel sheet you got to admission.gim2012@gmail.com so that I can also forward the same to admissions office.

1. The Admissions to GIM Batch of 2012-14 has closed now.

2. Those who had withdrawn their candidature might have got their refund back. If anyone is left can PM me or post it here.

3. The waitlisters are also getting back their 50K. Only 4-5 cases are left. And it will be done in 3-4 days.

4. Few people got 1k less by default. They will get that back by next week.

5. Get back if there are any issues.

An excel sheet will be sent to you. May be in few days.

You need to fill that and send it to the mail id that they say. And money will be credited in your account after few days.

1. You have to drop an E-Mail for withdrawing from GIM and applying for Refund.

2. E-Mail has to go to admissions@gim.ac.in

3. Also keep BCC to admission.gim2012@gmail.com

4. Subject of mail : Refund of 50K - GIM ID xxxxxx

5. Mention all your details in the mail :

GIM ID
AMOUNT PAID BY YOU
MODE OF PAYMENT

6. If you have paid by DD, you might get the refund through NEFT. So give your account details in that case.

I was very happy when i first posted in this thread. I was selected for GIM 12-14 batch. I felt like it was a dream come true. but unfortunately i am not joining this wonderful institute.

But i am withdrawing as i got selected for IMT Ghaziabad, Executive course.I believe with my over 7 yrs of experience IMT Ghaziabad, Executive will be the better option.

3. There could be a movement of 2-3 people if people withdraw post 11th June. But this is not sure. Management could also decide to stop the movement. Though last yr, movement did happen during foundation course as well.

3. Also be prepared to pay fee within 5 days. You have already paid 50k. You need to pay balance amount i,e 3.06 lacs in 5-6 days from the day you get the mail.

Thanks for all ur guidance and support till now. Hope our paths will cross some day. GIM was my first convert and it will be a special convert always... And sorry for withdrawing at the last moment . It was a tough decision to make and slow WL movement of IMI got it delayed... :(

1. On 1st June, all the Refund Related has been put in process.

2. You will be sent an excel to fill the details.

3. It is better if you can call up Jeny Mam once tomorrow : 0832-2366704

4. Do try at least 3,4 times patiently. Mam will def pick and answer politely.

5. If there is no Response, let me know. I will personally ask your status.

The best thing for you would be to call up the admissions committee and ask if you can stay for one day in the hostel.
