Hi all.. I know we need to get 50 percentile in all sections.. but my question is how many questions should be right in each section to be on the safer side...
not asking abt no:of attempts.. 
though i dont know anythng abt the paper.....still ifeeel that being an aspirant of fms from the past 2 years ..and after having given it in the last 2 yrs...my 2 cents for u...
see dude..its all abt speed.....no matter what u do...u need to get arnd 115-125 questions attempted witha adecent accuracy.....some wat like.....bang on target...
with which u cud end up with a score of arnd 400 which in my personal opinion might very much be enough to fetch u sumthng
{its my personal opinion......disclaimers apply!!).....
watever u do..maximise ur scores in the easy sections and i feel that arnd 50% correct attempts in a section might put u in a safe position.....although the attempt must be arnd 60-65%.....
that is why try to maximise as much as possible in the sections of ur strength and get to this 50% correct mark in the rest of the sections...
my time division which has yielded me fruits in the last season(im blessed with an fms call alst year..though i cudnt convert it...)
qa -35mins
lr--35 mins
rc 30 mins
va--20 mins
my strenghts ar qa and lr....so i maximise there and try to cross the cutoff in the other weak sections of mine....
50%le tho aaram sey aayegi..chinta mat....but even if u score well in ur strng sections....good score in others will definitely help in boosting ur oa score....which carries tremendous weigtage even in final selection i suppose..
