Placement process is centralized for both the campus, so don't worry. The only difference between the campuses is that that Kengeri don't offer specialization in HR.

I have been selected for Christ Univ. Kengri Campus..!! Just want to know how the kengri campus is different from main campus..!! i mean the final placement process is common for both campuses or is it like some companies will come only for main campus not for kengri..??Is it worth taking admissi...

I think if you are working and you want to do an executive MBA, its better to do it from an IIM or an equivalent clg. This applies when you want to add weight to your resume. Doing an executive MBA from any clg wont help. It should be from an Ivy League.Try finding out the courses offered by IIM ...

rightly said....bcoz VCU placements are same as general MBA.. so one shud luk for other options if he has any or else go for this option if no option is left and they just want to kick-start their MBA this year only.

genuinely good suggestion.. (its regards to only the CU-VCU course)

dnt join CU vcu...straight away 18 lac waste or may be around 22 lac..instead give 15 lac donation(u will get gd kollg) nd pay 5-6 lac fees if u hv so mch money to waste...it sounds weird but true

I have also heard that executive mba's like this are better than from distance learning ones as some idea of course/subjects is given in classroom along with interactive sessions.....
while in distance learning we have go through books..

exec mba isnlt dat gud coz as a s/w profsnl. U wont be able to give much time 2 study n doing mba isn't like the udergraduate clg teaching.. As im a working profsnl too i heard from few ppl that it won't be of much use n rather u should go 4 distance 1 frm symbiosis as it helps in placement thing...

I hv taken admission for mba main campus..Anyone luking for a flat near main campus?? I find mens hostel messy and d strict rules bugs me. Or If somebody had already found a flat,request you to let me know if you need a flatmate..

Pursuing MBA wid MS (VCU) depends on ur career goals. The placements are almost same as Christ main campus mba bcoz the placement process is centralized. The students can sit for placements in main campus as wel as VCU campus.
There is no chance of changing ur MBA-MS to MBA at main or kengeri ...

the Q depend on ur profile...
basically expect the Q on why MBA... and specialization field...
they may ask on academics... and if work exp hai toh mayb Q on that..
so it depends entirely upon u...

yes they take a total of these... and along with these ur
academics..
entrance exam score..
work experience (if any)
and
extracurricular activities as well...

They will not cancel ur admission... "Payment of fees does not guarantee admission to the institute"- don't be scared by this statement. It means that u have to submit original documents also and failing to do so will cancel ur admission. Hope it clarifies ur doubt??

According to the Christ E-Admission Card the classes commences on 4th June , and my final semester exams ends on the same date. As a result I wont be able to attend the first class. The card also mentions that payment of fees does not guarantee admission to the institute.

You can't do anything now... Well, I don't hav much idea abt placements of german mba. They will not change ur alloted course now. rest u can contact admission cell for more info.

Your admission is confirmed... They have mentioned "Payment of fees does not guarantee the admission" bcoz in case u submit the fees but u did not submit few documents that u don't have and if don't submit those documents by 20th August 2011, ur admission will be cancelled.

"Selected candidates after payment of the fee, must produce the fee paid challan at the Office of Admissions and meet the Vice Chancellor / the Director and HOD of the Programme for...

But is executive MBA at par with the regular MBA in terms of placements?

i scrwed pi...unable to convert with 96percntile in mat and decent gd_wsa_mp...best of luck those who got through..its one of the best colleges esp in mat colleges....

Christ still has its affiliation, no need to worry right now....
Faculties r also at par, seniors told me....
Comparisons r not allowed here, so do a research about ITM and Christ, and u urself will come to know the results. :cheerio::cheerio:

Yes buddy, it is worth joining bcoz the placements for the both the campus are centralized. Its infrastructure is also at par with main campus.

I don't think so dat they will entertain ur request to prepone ur PI but, its always better that u just give it a try rather than lamenting later on. Go there early morning (arnd 8 a.m) and request them... By the way, why u want to change???? Give me the reason then i can tell u whether they wil ...
