i hav got 98.54 percentile in mat feb 2008
after conversion it is 130 and 2 par
so in which college i will get admission???
Depends lot on your GD/PI score as well... and as you are submitting ur MAT score you will be competing for 15% All India seats
if we talk about top 10-15 colleges then the total number of All India Seats would be 150-180
if you score 32/34 in gd/pi, then slight chance of making into top 10 colleges because if your total score clashes with others then due to high pi score u will get higher rank.
for any score of 28 or below it would be tough to get top 20 colleges.
You need to research by urself abt the last year's allotment
1) get the equivalent CET score for 98.54 percentile for last year
2) check the seat allotment for the colleges under OMS category and find out whether ur total score which you expect is near by the cutoff for the college.
3) Make a list of the colleges which you will be clearing cut off for.
4) rank those colleges and accordingly fill ur option form.
Also you can wait for the CAP II round, as there would definately be some seats which will be vacant for better colleges which you can try for
but for CAP II also you need to fill CAP I form so you can fill colleges which you aspire to get into for the CAP I round.
