Crimsonbay, congratulations on converting the call. Good to know that most of your queries are answered already.

I'm now answering the rest of your queries here:
a) We don't have a pool, but you can sign up for membership at the nearby Tata Sports Adventure Foundation (TSAF). Some of us were keen to do so, but then campus life doesn't leave much scope for that. But of course, you can use the TT table or the cricket ground.
b) Bikes are allowed on campus, and yeah, you can go around visiting the picturesque locales if you have one. Moreover, we encourage bikes on campus, because bike-less seniors like me can bully you to share yours with us. :biggrin:
c) Life outside campus, in what sense? Contrary to popular belief, Jamshedpur is NOT a village or a semi-rural area. It is the second-most planned city in India, and the only ISO 9005 certified city in India. So, you have options for eating out, roaming around etc. But then, time could be a constraint.
d) Oh, the rooms are like jail cells, and the food is BAD!! :sarcasm: Come on! Decent rooms - 2 people sharing each room - with 24 x 7 power and internet. The food is pretty decent, by 'mess food' standards. :)
@seeds
i m sorry if i cunt really bring out the real essence of my post.all i wanted to direct towards was that the 2nd point about relating to the course must be the most important for those who need to decide b/w the two colleges.i dint mean to mislead anyone.
Eresh, actually bschool comparisons are a somewhat touchy issue.

No bschooler likes his/her school being compared with another. But yes, your second point is fair enough. Thank you for the clarification.
