Break all the 3 pills into 2 parts each.

Take 3 half-parts of the pill. That makes it One B pill and Half A pill. Take another A pill from the box and break that too and eat it. That will complete One A and One B pill. Next day, take all the remaining halves and one-half of A pill left.
