Sarvesh kumar verma's Quantum Cat has a lot of questions ...... taking from the basics to advanced .....
wheras Arun Sharma is a a basic buk for Quant .......
I'll prefer Arun Sharma if u r not an engineer but if u have done preparation for engineering in 11/12th then buy Quantum Cat ....

I think time quant books..and prac excs is more than enough...Arun sharma is good especially the techniques...sarvesh sharma too big a book...

you can use any coaching centre materials. i think arun sharma quants book will be good but not sure as i havent used it. time materials are good

hey.. i have quantum cat by sarvesh verma..can anyone suggest how useful it is ??
i am weak in maths.. but not very weak... sumhow i am beginning to feel that it has more basic questions.. than those actually reuired for cat...or maybe m not usig the book correctly..

I think TIME material is sufficient but still u can opt for nishit sinha .....it doesn't have solutions ....
But at this tym questions from mocks should be of main concern and any other buk shud only be preferred iff u have to fix ur basics nd need to do a bit of problem solving ......

It depends saurabh .... Arun Sharma is best as far as ur basics are concerned bcoz thought process nd concept clarity is its key feature but as far as questions are concerned they r ok-ok ....means if u have command over basics nd have practiced problems then it is not so gud ......

You can start with arun sharma. Use Think without ink along with it. But at a same time it would be great if you go for correspondence course from some reputed coaching institute. This is because their syllabus are designed too well as compared to these CAt digests.

Arun Sharma is a good book. But still it sucks as far as explanation are concerned. Think without ink is also a very good book. I rate it to be better than arun sharma. M.tyra is a good book of Quant
Every book is good just remember do diffrent question
Remember Quality of Ques matters not just Quantity

boss yeh india hai,developing country nt developed country.not a single book for cat by an indian author is available in e-form.so u have to buy them to study them.hope it helps.

Bhai try n follow any one book religiously..dont try n aim for trying ur hand at 2/3 books at one time coz ppl fall in trap by studying from diverse books thinking that it vwud make them much stronger but the truth is that they end up spending too much time on one topic....so i wud recomm...
