yes bro,u absolutely right,lots of people r retiring in sbi and many rural branches opened and nobody wants to go to rural and so they will recruit us and send us to rural to man their rural branches!
now situation is huge shortage of clerks....so we all r in phase 2.....
someone in FB posted that even sbi md don't know about phase 2...they will change meaning of ph 2 according to the situation

@unfortunate exactly! thats what im saying.i cannot look any where else besides sbi.i feel like im some kind of an accursed jinxed son of a mofo.i swear.
had phase2 thing not been there we would have accepted our failure nd start looking tonext exam. But due to this, I cant concentrate on anything. neither i can say dat I have passed nor we r sure wat is ph2.. wat d hell is this??????

@baklolforsbi stay calm and be +ve and all of us will b through, most importantly my commonsense says that a lot of recruitment in banking sector has already been done this year so evry one knows a lot of sits in sbi will remain unfilled, so we have a bigger chance

@tiredguy yeah i dont deny that but they havent been transparent enough about what phase 2 really means.it could mean anything.now speculations are rife and people are hopeful.god forbid but if anything untoward happens ill be the first one to end up in a mental facility.Its driving me insane.

@baklolforsbi things like this are destined to happen but we have 2 face it, but i think as sbi had said abt phase 2, it will definately b there but it will take little tym as joining process is still going on.
these sbi people should bloody declare ph 2 or atleast let us know what ph 2 is all about so that we can stop dwelling on it and wallowing over it and stop hoping like hungry dogs drooling for a darn bone!!i Just wanna get on with my life!!!!!SBI declare phase 2 results already!!!!!!!!!!!1
