After posting this thread I discussed with other friends and searched a lot. But still in confusion.

Surely WMP from IIML-NC is better but it has the cost associated with it. Approx. 6lacs and three years with weekdays classes is a good amount of effort to put in.

IMT has the cost of around 4lacs for three years.

Another option is EPGDIB from IIFT Delhi which is an executive MBA course of 15 months with classes on alternate weekends with cost of only 1.75 lacs.

So much confusion.

I have a similar profile as yours. 3.5 years of experience in Telecom industry seeking an MBA part time course from IIML-NC or IMT Ghaziabad.

Which B-school is better is a trick question to answer. But in this case many would answer IIML-NC is an obvious choice. The reasons to support the choice are as follows:

1. IIML-NC is a Cluster 1 B-School whereas IMT Ghaziabad is Cluster 2
2. MBA from an IIM always reflects a supremacy than an MBA from IMT
3. IIML-NC has the entire campus in Noida and the classes are held within its campus whereas the classes for part time course from IMT Ghaziabad do not take place in IMT campus (they are held in Noida itself).

Still the obvious things can turn out to be ambiguous. Do not completely rely on the information you get on the Forums. (Certainly you get a lot of help, no doubt on that).

Aside from this, would you mind sharing your thoughts on "Why not an Executive after 2 years and Why a Part time right now?"
