Dear All,

Welcome to the OMPA-only thread. What is this, you say?

Well, PG has completed 7 years, and there are many of us who have spent a lot of that time alongwith the forums. Last year, an idea that took wings was OMPA, or Old Men Puys Association (We are not sexist, but OMPA sounds much better than OMPA-OWPA or OPPA)

The idea of OMPA was born during AIPGM 2009, and we stole the name from chuck_gopal's theme for Coolest Avatar 2009.

It gave rise to two major ideas that season:

This year, we plan to expand and formalize our relationship with PG on a grander level. We have many ideas under our hat which will bear fruition over the year.

We shall try to limit this thread to only substantial posts, and try avoiding the spam. We request all readers to do so as well.

The criteria, this year, to join OMPA has been limited to those who joined PG within or before 2007, or have completed their MBA during or before 2009. As we formalize the criteria, I shall add more to it.

party? OMPA meet hai....OMPA party nahi......everyone has to contribute towards food, booze and/or equipment (depending on whether they partake of the pakwaans and daroo...) aur haan....meet toh kal se any time rak sakte hai

I'm in for a weekend meet up at Lonavla / Khandala! Been ages since I've meet fellow Pagals. It cannot get better than starting a 2nd innings with an OMPA meet

also still no tees for OMPA...with left bastion collapsing in Bengal, Ishant taking 5 wickets in match, Sreesanth again winn...
