VENUE:- HALDIRAM- near rabindra sadan metro.

TIME:- 5 pm onwards ( should be there before 6 )

Sounds good....but since this is a Kolkata meet, wouldn't it be better to fix the venue somewhere in the heart of Kolkata....where it would be easier for most people to come. IIMC Joka seems a bit too far fetched. Just my 2 cents. I'm looking forward to the meet anyway.

actually the main aim here is to visit IIM C campus at joka... i knw its pretty far away fro most of our places..but its the place to b..the grandest of all visits.. so i think it wnt b a problem for many...

I sat CAT last year scored 86%tile with 98.93%ile in Verbal but 10% & 40% in DI & Quant respectively :shocked:

I'm gearing up for both CAT & GMAT this year.

Is there anyone kind-hearted : here in Kolkata who could guide me on DI & QA IN PERSON in Kolkata? Dont wanna join a coaching school for such a short time would rather prefer personal help.

I'd be tons thankful to you...thanks in advance!

MEET UPDATE

We(me,Avinanda,Tamal,Paresh) met Deval mam yesterday @ CCD,City Center. It was pretty informative & we

discussed a lot of things regarding MICA,including MICA specialisations,pedagogy,selection procedure & most

importantly what do profs look for in a student,when they select/reject him/her.

Also,got a few MICA brochures of last year.Will get them to the meet tomorrow.Whoever wants

it,can collect it from me.

In short,the meet was pretty insightful & time well spent.

met that lady it was nice to meet her

after talking to deval mam and takenoprisoners the meeting is around 7.10 pm.it is final to?

I will call up Pizza hut on friday and book the tables in advance,hence need to have a rough estimate of

how many of you will be able to turn up.

Adding mobile nos in the sheet was probably raghvesh's idea and a good one at that,because if

anyone turns up late/has problems reaching us,it can be helpful.

Here's hoping many more of us turn up and make this meet a grand success.

Please ensure an agenda ( with those points,that you wana discuss and get an input from Rohit). This will help you to get what you are expecting from the meet.

It is not the time for browsing questions or points to be discuss sitting in the meet,since exam is not very far. It would be better if you all put all your queries and all those for which you want Rohit's input here and make an agenda for the meet.It will be helpful for you all as well as Rohit too...
