As far as my work-ex goes... got a taste of the corporate sector while auditing firms/company books as an articled assisstant... but that can hardly qualify as work-ex... it was more of a wake-up call... looking at the mundane life of my employers i realised that practising CA wasnt my calling .... needed a more dynamic work-life.... hence chose MBA...

Im reading books to enhance my vocab and fast reading for RC.. I can manage DI and LR but Quant is not my cup of tea..

How do I go abt it???

1.brush up your basics
2.first try to solve level 1 problems from a book like arun sharma
3.join a mock series and anlayse all questions carefully, a qa section contains 20-25 questions..if you just anlyse the mocks..you will learn 20-25 concepts per mock which i think is not bad...if you give 15 mocks from now you will learn minimum 300 concepts..

basically starting is half done...so just start it...

I think you are still very naive in this MBA world.
You need to set your priorities first , go for hogging information about various streams and colleges (The best platform is PG itself.)
After that you decide what you want to get.
As per UPES it is a college basically for Energy and Power Management.
Please feel free to ask any questions here , but try to be a bit specific rather being Generic.

@nareshkittur: My suggestion is that you give a shot at CAT -10, so that you get an idea of what kind of questions to expect, when you give CAT next year.

To start with..my name is Anshul.
It begin with my completion of BE in year '08(JUNE).
Like others i got selected in Wipro(unlike others who selected in Wipro Tech). mine was a BPO.
After working for 9 months (got a promotion also as SME), left the BPO as in a impression of "I AM A COMPUTER ENGINEER".Haven't gave resignation, get absonding.

3 months at home(enjoyed a lot ).
Finally, found my dream job of teaching.Did it for another 10 months ....again found it monotonus.....lost it...again found absconding.
2 months at home(enjoyed )
Found a job in a Mrkt Research company as a QA(finally a job that engineers do).....!!!..
Don't doubt about it...yes!!...left it after 2 months..!!(MONOTONOCITY)......also found absconding.

My dad call it " under achieved">>>no directions!!
My girl friend call it " FO"(after i said bye bye to 3rd job)

My friends say " come this week end , a party on contri"

I say " no to contri, no savings"
