Thought the climate was just fine when I attended the interview, but don't know how hotter or colder it gets annually....

and the type of ppl who study there

'hot' is the word for a lot of them

rest abt. the elegibilty u just need to ba graduate or in the 3rd year same as other mba institutes funda.

u shud also have a good profile. i had put mt sketches, paintings, snaps of my ceramic and breadcraft work and had shown my SDIPA details( Shaimak Davar's Institue of Performing arts.) and ofcourse my CV which was made on hand made paper, they prefer ppl whu r a bit creative.
rest like all B-schools.

but one thing is for sure the candidate must b really interested in fashion and all that stuff. it give him a good edge over the others.

when i went for the interview i saw ppl. with their own style statements no one was similar and had their own way to say Bindass!

i've applied to post graduate course in mangement thats apperel marketing and merchandising type of a course.
i do design clothes but just for my pleasure.

pune is a cool place. not to worry much. i acn tell u of a place called 1000 oaks which is good to visit on weekends.
and if u need help can give u a friends no. incase u need it, as u'll be new to that place.

well, with the long distance call rates plummeting, the modern mobile style is definitely an in thing.
An occasional snail mail and regular emails never hurt anyone.
But you know what works best? A surprise visit back home.

Ya u can definitely buy them from Delhi, wud get discounts after Jan /Feb as that wud b the end of winter there .. not b4 that...

But i wud say keep atleast one or 2.... u never know when u need one... well in the peak time u wud need scarf, gloves, monkey cap, room heater, quilt, blanket and hot coffee and peanuts and sunlight and .......

arcade........er...i thought id buy them wollens at Delhi itself.......whatdya think? i need to carry them all the way from bangalore? or would delhi be a better bargain? coz one of my friends told me that wollens now would be sold at 50% discount there.............

BTW all hosteliers (in the past) wont hav much trouble in getting the thgs together....

One advice for the ones moving to North ... Do bring a few warmers and pullovers as u wont get offs sooner now and winter wud approach by mid Oct
