I know for sure how it happens for finance people in banks and other firms but not sure for Marketing how does it happen i mean is it like finance itself where just 1 person from a certain college is selected for a particular branch and is given some work or a pool of people from various colleges are collected and alloted roles in a certain domain and different projects in that domain?
