which hopes and dreams of sustained order, happiness and well being were once

the traditional lighting of the lamp by the Director of SIBM Bangalore Dr.
Kamal Ghose along with the esteemed dignitaries followed by a brief
introduction of the theme by the Director. The stage was then taken over by Mr. Dilip Ranjekar CEO of Azim Premji Foundations, who spoke about the theme with a
lot of conviction with emphasis on special reforms in the field of Education.
for the panel discussion on the sub theme of the event Right to education or
Right to quality education? The panel included Mr. Venkat Rolla of RPG Group, Ms Safeena Hussain- founder, Educate
Girls, Mr. Ajith Kumar Rai, CEO Suprajit Engineering Ltd. and the discussion
was moderated by Ms Nivedita Mukherjee- Director, Neev Schools. The
discussion was very engaging and key issues were addressed. Also present on the
occasion was Ms. Shukla Bose of Parikrma
Foundation. Speaking about Parikrma, her small initiative turning into a
big success, Ms. Shukla Bose exhorted the students to take initiatives to solve
video making competition Sutradhar, which was organised by Rotaract SIBM in
association with Rotary club Indranagar was declared during the event.
