Innovation, being an essential constituent of every function in an organization,
distinguishes between a leader and a manager. Yes, a
manager transforms into a leader when he starts internalizing innovation at
work; and this is what we at FIIB believe and practice. So here we are yet
again after the great success of the HR conclave 2012, presenting the inception
of a new dimension to human resources. Last year when we started with this
series of meets we were supported by some of the leadingHR

Young HR professionals from industry and FIIB students were guided on various
issues related to Innovation in Human Capital Management, Strategic Alignment
of HR, and Innovative HR Frameworks.
Innovation
In HR: Gearing for 2020, HR conclave 2013 will
be in continuation to where we left last time and a discussion about new trends
as well. This conclave promises to help HR professionals develop a new and more
informed outlook towards HR practice. FIIB here takes the lead in encouraging
and developing new ideas in the field of HR. Human Resources, one of the most
vast and deep of management domains, has been one of the most unexplored one. We
at FIIB take the initiative of defying the related myths and bringing forward
the immense potential of and numerous opportunities in the field. As a student
and an aspiring manager I am really looking forward to the beginning of this
journey.
