About which college are you talking about ? Every college consists of different lists of companies. Its better you visit the placements section of website of colleges you are interested in to to know about the companies who visit for campus placement.

For shortlisting criteria for campus placements, following factors are usually considered:
1. Past academic record
2. current cgpa in MBA
3. Past work experience
4. Age (in case of certain PSUs)
