I'm working in a IT company as UNIX Administrator and this is my 3rd employment. I got a offer with WIPRO technologies. The problem is with my first employment with HCL. I didn't have smooth relieving with HCL. Apart from the relieving letter of HCL, I've all other documents properly (2nd employment details are ok). Will that be a problem in background verification? Will they check HCL relieving details?
