Would it be right if someone says that he/she wants to be an entrepreneur..in a HR interview?I said the same in XLRI HRM interview,it went good and at last the panelists even congratulated me saying i had confidence and a smiling face which is very essential for any HR manager..but my call was not converted..not even waiting list:shocked:
I thought I answered my questions well but panelists kept emphasizing on fact that go for BM if you want to be an entrepreneur.

thanks in advance

Hi,

I feel it is very difficult to predict what one sees in an interview for selection.

If you truly meant it, that you want to be an entrepreneur, then stick to the same version (whatever the final call on selection is...); however if you said that to earn some brownie points and did not mean it, then it wud have been apparent to the panelists...

There is no rule which says an HR MBA would not be of use to an entrepreneur...
