Can someone tell me about the various specializations available within HR ?

In the end, the only thing that matters is how good you are.

  • visionIIM-ACL Few which i know are: Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Account HRs ( majorly in IT Companies) , Employee Schemes etc.!
