Guys going for IMI-HR,the faculty there is just superb..but the placements have been low...is the program not that good...or are there other reasons like HR profile has lost its shine??
@rahulsharma3154 @Anchun please answer a query... is it a negative or tough scenario for a fresher if he goes for mba-hr??? i have heard that freshers who choose mba-hr have a tough time in placem...It is a Myth.
Freshers have as much chance as work-ex students to get a good placement after doing MBA-HR.
HR is a very interesting, challenging and exciting Field. It is for one and all. Do get back for any kind of further concerns..

Otherwise following the foot-steps of IMT would be a disastrous step. It's disappointing though th...

For few companies, it's based on College Level. They pay more at Tier 1 Institutes and less at lower level institutes.
For few companies, it's same across all campuses. But then, they visit very limited campuses.
