That will be very very HARSH judgement. May ruin their career. At most they should be De-barred from SSC for 2-3 years.:splat:
I am not being lenient in punishing them but think of the punishment given to the accused of 2G- scam, boforse or compare it to heinious crime like rape or murder. Then compare the punishment you are asking for.

I received a letter from IT Chennai asking me to submit Attestation form,character certificates and educational qualification certificates on or before july 30th...Did anyone else from sscsr get this...??? I am asked to send character certificates from 3 Gazetted officers and attested by a district magistrate or a sub divisional magistrate.
So, should i get the attestation by a district magistrate done on all 3 character certificates or only one...???

1. You said 95% postings are in delhi. And i read various other threads and posts by various members of this community, and i gathered that SSC does not decide postings but MEA does after selection/nomination. Can people choose to be posted (if vacancy is available) in home town, in a Regional Passport Office or Branch Secretariat?
(the reason i am asking is because people can save a lot of money in home towns since no accommodation or food problems)

2. Being in Delhi is definitely THE better strategy being in the centre of the action but if a person is posted in home town, or in any other city, do they get same salary, same benefits, same opportunity for Foreign Postings?

3. What are the disadvantages of being posted in an RPO/Branch Secretariat?

4. How is the work you get to do in Delhi different than the work in a Regional Passport Office/Branch Secretariat?

1. Yes u may get posting in regional office if there is a vacancy. But u dnt have choice..2. You wil get same salary if u r posted in metro city becouse salary is divided in 3 cat. X y z depending on city,opportunity of foreign posting wil be lesser.. 3. In delhi u wil be posted in head office so obviously u wil have more power and good contacts..4. In rpo u r just an officer who checks the applications nd documents of pasport seeking people.. Brother these are my views based on the information i have..

dude...frankly speaking it shud take time...
for the simple reason that our documents have still not reached to the CBEC Head office....

just 8-10 days prior i went to both the head office of SSC as well as CBEC....

SSC guy told me they are doing some kinda scrutiny...and it will take around 15 - 20 days to send it to the CBEC..department...
CBEC ma'am was very cool and calm and told me that she hasnt received any documents and is waiting eagerly as their is lot of work in the department and they urgently require resources...to give them work.. :(

Lets hope our documents reaches the CBEC office soon...
