in chennai for ur candidate avg 5-6 years to become an ITO....in delhi ,bihar,up...it took 9-10 years.... in west bengal 3 and half years....but u will not survive in chennai.... because every one from northern people are not staying here and avoiding ITO promotion.....please fill state option as per ur convienience....if unemployed then all the state option......ATB

hey frn you can easily edit it in paint, change the vertical and horizontal to 80 or 70 or even less till the time you get it less than required.. open in paint, then, image(above), strech skew

Open with Microsoft office picture manager (available in Office 2007)
=>> Edit Picture
=>> Left last tab Compress picture
Use the desired size...

If you don't have office then take a print screen of the signature pic the size will automatically reduce then cut accordingly in Paint.

And is it true that in jr accountant post there are transfers in the same state only , means you cannot change states after 3 years?

be sure of getting at least 350 for lower post and 450 for higher post.. or else you MAY get nothing if you are filling just three states

But I have already filled the form and submitted it. Is there a possibility of change after I have qualified in the both the stages? Also, could someone throw light on the maximum and minimum marks at which people qualified here at SSC, so I could choose and do questions in the exam keeping in the mind the target score tentatively.
