I m in bit confusion dat how should i prepare.
I m an engineer and prepared for CAT and got 91 percentile but didn't go 4 mba because of some problems.
I am telling dis coz i need suggestions dat how should i prepare for ssc cgl.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR GK
And want to know that what changes r done in maths syllabus.

NOW SEE IF BP =27 THEN BQ= 27

AND WE KNOW DC = 25 , SO DR = 14CM.


AND WE KNOW 3.A circle inscribed inside triangl ABC having sides 8cm,10cm n 12cm touches AB,BC n CA at D,En F respectively. Find AD,BE n CF?

TRY THIS YOURSELF.YOU CAN EASILY DO THIS SUM BY APPLYING THE ABOVE CONCEPT.

4.PQ is a chord of length 8cm of a circle of radius 5cm. The tangents at P n Q intersect at po0int T. Find d length of TP?

SOL: PO = OQ =5 CM

AND /\ OPT
AS WE KNOW THAT 5,12 AND 13 IS A PYTHAGOREAN TRIPLET.

SO TP SHOULD BE 12CM.

2..the radius of the incircle of a triangle is 4cm n d segments into which one side is divided by the point of contact are 6cm n 8cm. Determine d other 2 sides of the triangle.
sol:_
as we have one side as 14cm.

lets say triangle ABC,circle(o,4) meets AB,BC,CA at D,E,F.
as given BC=14 so
BD=BE=8
CE=CF=6
lets assume AD=AF=x
s= a+b+c/2
a = 14
b= 8+x
c = 6+x
s = 14+x
inradius = area of triangle/s
we know that area of triangle = root(s.(s-a).(s-b).(s-c))
inradius = root(s.(s-a).(s-b).(s-c))/s
inradius^2= (s-a).(s-b).(s-c)/s
=> 16 = x.6.8/(14+x)
=> 14+x = 3x
=> x = 7
thats why
b= 8+x = 15
c = 6+x = 13

There are more sums but i stuck in these.....may b coz i am sleep deprived....watched champions league final whole night so my brain is not working....besides i am not good in geo,trigo parts

2.10+2rt5 and 8 +2rt5
3.3,7 and 5

dA/dt=2r(dr/dt)
=2*(22/7)*3*3

=57cm^2/sec approx

1. The numbers 2272 and 875 are divided by a 3 digit number N, giving the same remainders. The sum of the digits of N is:

2272-875 = 1397 = 127 * 11
so both these no are divisble by 127 leaving same remainder..
and 1+2+7 = 10

2. a= root3/2, then
root(1+a)+root(1-a)= x
on squaring both side
x^2 = 1+a+1-a +2rt (1-a^2)
put the value of a and you will get
x^2 = 3...i.e x= rt3
3. The greatest among
root7-root5, root5 - root3, root9 - root7, root11 - root9
remember smaller the digits more is the diff b/w there root

4. With a given rate of simple interest, the ratio of principal and amount for a certain perod of time is 4:5. After 3 yrs with the same rate of interest, the ratio of the principal and amount becomes 5:7. The rate of interest is:
