Hi all,
i have worked with a small civil construction company for two years after my graduation B.com[ Marketing honors] as an IR officer[ HR/IR]. i main focus area was to resolve Labour issues and Labour management, statutory compliance[pf/esi/gratuity/bonus etc and legal affairs. Its a core IR job.
but after 2 years i got admission in a MHROM course under university of Calcutta , to further enhance my knowledge base.
Now am thinking of doing SAP HR. I want to get into hris, erp part, because i don't want to get into normal generalist role of HR or administration.
I thought of doing it from JKSAP academy , kolkata, as i saw it is registered sap trainer in sap website only for kolkata region other than seimens.
Now wot i have come to know is for sap fresher getting job in sap is tough, so am predetermined that after completing the course i will have to work for 2-3 years with salary very low as 12-15k...Is this what i have heard is true?
but my question to all you experienced professional and friends , will it be suitable for me to grow up in this HR doman. I am a very average student[55-56% profile], with good knowledge in IR and Labour Laws.I want advise and suggestions ,so that i can take an informed decision. please everyone, help me...
life is the best teacher, i have met
