Dude why dont u try for PSU's... Mechanical enginners are alwaya hot favourite of PSU's like BHEL/SAIL/NTPC etc...or u can go for Indian engg services (IES) conducted by UPSC..see in these PSU's ur intial package wil be around 5-6 lacs..and the work pressure is very les comapred to that of priv...
