@ank2asa Is UP PCS conducted in fair manner as I have heard that Haryana PCS is not so clean??,My age is increasing day by day so i am thinking of atleast 2 years of preperation before giving UP PCS prelims so that being in general category i would be having chances along with me.

though cronyism prevails in the recruitment of state civil servants but now a days rules are very tough..As every game is played at the time of Interview, there are rules now to give minimum marks in interview and not to fail any one...(i heard this from one fellow)and the interview is in a room...
