:nono:sense of big froud is here
There are two different universities of DYP group as named below
1. Padmashree dr. D. Y. Patil University head office nerul, navi mumbai
2. Dr. D. Y. Patil University head office pimpri, pune
both the universities formed seperately and both have different institutes under them, #1 universities some management courses are approved by AICTE as per my visit to their campus about enquiry but site dont mention anything about AICTE/UGC approval/accredition except NAAC which goes to any colg under UGC rules
#2 universities courses are not approved by anyone and dont know the status.
The NAAC certification, even i doubt, is different or not.
but because of the similarity in names, they are running N number of courses in Pune (pimpri, chinchwad, tathavde and other places all over pune), Mumbai (nerul, worli, navi mumbais some places), Kolhapur and may be in different parts of state/country.
Its very hard to find out which university is good out of these two, but from pune universitys site, got a document where all the approved universities are listed by UGC which doesnt include any of above universities.
If you observe carefully, they have one more university somewhere in country
god only help students wholl get cheated because of this, I dont think ull get admission to phd in any of IIMs or other welknown institutes round the world for highier studies after doing MBAs and other courses in above 2/3 universities.
happy surfing guys.

Apart from the 44 listed here, there'll be hundreds of others across the country that meet (or come dangerously close to) the 7 criteria mentioned at the bottom of the original mail. You never know how many more will get added to the list for the same reasons.
