planning to give IBPS exam this year. How to go about it?

After giving the exam lets say I clear the cut off for BOI so for BOI ill have to give GD PI both or just PI?

And suppose I get selected so what job will I get? Also I graduated this year and have no work ex so will it affect my chances?

@[588182:AS25] off-course banks do prepare second list but they wait for 3 weeks called waiting period before displaying the same, earliar waiting period was 2 months but ibps now has cut short to 3 weeks
@[415193:lay_man] bhai dont loose hope, 10 candidates are still less i was expecting around 50 to 60 but have to say ibps has done a commendable job but i m still against the CWE system
