Is it true that either AADHAAR or a PAN Card is compulsory while recruitment to the PSBs ???
I heard from a source in State Bank that the recently recruited clerks were asked to join only after submitting either of the above......, as a new precautionary measure to prevent any more BT Mohanthi like guys (FYI, BT Mohanthi, a north indian, was a criminal who escaped while on parole and got himself posted as a State Bank PO in Kerala and was caught recently)

1. CRR is maintain only in cash SLR in cash, gold, gsec, current a/c with other bank , listed deposit with rbi
2. CRR comes under rbi act 1934 SLR comes under banking regulation act 1949
3. CRR is deposited with RBI .. SLR is deposited with bank themselves
4. CRR is maintained only by SCB .. SLR is main by banks and nbfc
