dude first of all you dont know what will you leave...ILP is one of the best things that could happen to a person..u can enjoy for three months and come to delhi/ncr(coz here there are no projects and u can be on bench as long as u want to plus u will gain work ex)...

anyways if u really want to leave and study go for it ... just pack ur bags and leave and no one will ask.. they might call ... dont pick up and u are done but seriously i would suggest just live these 3 months to the fullest and i promise u , u wont regret it.

If you abscond be sure no one is gonna come after u looking for u... There will be some calls from HRs but they r not going to waste their resources for your mere 50K bond amount.... but they will kick you where it hurts you the most... They will blacklist you which means you can't join TATA group in future.. So after MBA if u wished to join any TATA grp .. then u'll be shown the door ..:wow: A price much greater than 50K .. :shock:
So decide on your own..
and it's not at all advisable to leave TCS after just seeing a few days of ILP.. (btw where is ur ILP?)
I agree with everyone that it's a paid holiday... :clap:

And plz don't think that after coming out of ILP u'll get into a project straightaway and will do hell lot of work... Plz see a long list of people are in waiting before you.. ( though I was given the project on the very 1st day which demanded a hell lot of work )

many of my friends did it and tcs never pursued them ... yes tcs(HR's) never leave you for documentation only when its necessary for themselves..

I have joined tcs just 2 weeks ago for getting work experience for my mba plans. But as my training is going on i am not abke to study due to lot of time in office and exhaustion.
Now i am planning to leave after a month.
So could anyone help me out with procedure? I can't wait for 3 months notice period to resign. So whats should i do to leave in few weeks time(abscond) from company? Also do i have to pay them anything if i leave this early.

Buddy,If you are planning to leave it for CAT better think again:o it's most unpredictable so just leaving job for the sake of it is never advisable and you are new just give some more time to yourself everything would take its course.Yes, its difficult to do it initially but you will get use to it.My sincere advice would be dont leave just for MBA as it would have a negative effect on your profile too.
Now for leaving just contact your HR he/she will guide you what to do and what amount is to be paid.

Buddy you can talk to the HR and leave early dont worry. And you don't need to pay anything as long as you don't need the exp certificate. As it is, an exp certi of 2 weeks is of no use.
On the other hand, you can also abscond without any worries. But its better to talk to the HR and go officially.

First of all you should not open a new thread for such person specific query:

If you have joined TCS as a fresher then the notice period is 1 month, first of all talk to your immediate lead and drop a mail to your HR after consulting with lead regarding your move thats it and you are done
You have to pay the bond amount if you have signed any with TCS, if you are resigning before the due bond period

For lateral entry employee I am not sure but I guess the notice period is of 1 month only and the procedure is same.
