Good After Noon Frndz. I had asked one of my colleagues to collect some info. as a help who has been posted at d Hqrs of my dept. in delhi. One of his friends is acquaintances wid one of d officials at SSC Hqrs. The info. he told me is:When Raghu sir was about to relinquish his post, he tried his best to clear the rslt of biggest exam under him. All ROs were very cooperative at that very task except NR region. As No. of candidates was very huge dere & also RD is not "an up to the mark" personality to handle such a huge No. of candidates, as a sequence, these discrepancies occured. 1) PO seats were not allocated.2) Cat. blank issue arised.3) With held arised which usually occurs & many more which I might not be aware of.Now, SSC is trying to maintain status quo. Suppose a candidate has been selected & got Delhi according to pref. filled by him and his marks is on boundary line then SSC will try his level best to provide additional vacancies for that post in that very state & if it fails to do so, then the "rarest of rare" chances(emphasised) are there, to shift to next state filled by the candidate. This will happen mostly in the areas where rush exists. But frnds finally he told me that SSC is trying his best to overcome this situation. Now they don't want further headache, thats why they are exploring every possible way to maintain "status quo". They are trying to make every one happy, also new chief doesn't want any charge against him. Conlusion is, if SSC becomes successful we all will be happy including those who have been represented, cat blank & those who have issues wid the final result. So be merry & make merry."
