@keshavkishore3 :- now u can see they ppl r nt looking eager to declare the result so it's better to sharpen skills for some other constructive field, direction and aspect

and as i also told the condition of supervisors is not good in BHEL.
very high level of frustation.
and if it is Power Sector it is your bad luck at his best.
entering BHEL as executive only helps.
