there were 5 knowledgeable guys age around 55-60yrs....one is asking me general qustns related to my family,why i did not join UBI,mobile banking and hacking....answered all... they ask me meaning of my name....or ye question sabse pucha gaya hai waha pr us din....
2nd member asked me about GK....types of seasons as my name is sharad to ye qustns usi se pucha,types of monsoon,jo mujhe bna nhi instantly, or sbse jada baarish kaha pr hoti hai, banking structure in india....
3rd member asked me social issues like anti corruptn movement by anna hajare, they asked me k kya unka tarika sahi hai?? how corruptn can be removed or curtailed? what is transparency international? least corrupt country in the world? what is walmart, about multi brand retail, why google facebook are in limelight now a days....
4th member asked me some current affairs jaise recent me sharad yadav ji gussa q huye....
5th member asked me purely banking....about RBI and its functions, CRR and other rates, how inflation can be controlled by RBI....RBI act 1934....
the middle one asked me that accrdng to RBI,evry banker has to serve 2yr in rural area,so ydi tumhe posting rural area me di jaye to jaoge??? then i said yes, then he asked me k maharashtra k kolhapur k pas koi rural area me jaha pr language prob ho,then what will u do??
they also asked me k ydi cheque dishonor ho jye to kon responsible hai or tb koi kya action le skta hai??? kya police cmplaint ya legal action lia ja skta hai is case me ya aisa koi rule hai kya??
one more question,they asked me k kya wo foreign banks ki branches jo india me hain, kya wo scheduled banks me aati hai??? RRBs phle kitne the or ab kitne hai or baki RRBs ka kya hua??
last me they asked me k ydi bank me join hue to summer season k trh work kroge ya winter k trh,then i said k winter k trh cool rhkr summer ki grmi ki trh wrk karunga....they said to me k don't be diplomatic(with a smile)....

except am working as project associate in iit kanpur which is a research work & it will not going to hell me in getting into mba rather it will b negative point but m doing this only to save my year gap..so now i have planned to join any psu bank as po..and during that duration i want to clear my CFA level 1..& after 2 years i want to join goood mba college(finance) & during those 2 years i want to clear CFA level 2..& after then CFA level 3(probably after mba)..
