(Kuch exams se coincidence ki hadd lagi hain.)
aur mera bhi gd pi surprisingly bahut ganda gaya ..pata nahi..3 question to pocche thein..1 nahi bataya do theek hi diya tha.
gd ka topic tha "right to reject " (ab yeh kisko aata hoga..election ke bare main tha..if we don't select candidates).
Spoke more than decent on this ..phir bhi..ganda de dala.
Ab main jab dusron ka dekh rha hun theek ulta..
I have seen 5-6 people who have crossed 110+ /200 and very few 140+/250.
But most of them have got 45-49/50 in gd and pi and with normalization have easily surprassed 60+.
Frankly there is a big question mark coming on my mind regarding the formula.

Suppose A getting 120/250 is normalized w.r.t to 75% is 36.
next out of 50 in gd pi he gets 48..wr.t. to 25% is 24
total score =60

Now another person(B) gets 145 wr.t. to 75 % gets 43.5

here the difference is 145-120=25 w.r.t to 75% is 7.5
now he gets in gd pi 33/50 w.r.t to 25 gets 16.5

gd pi differnce in block marks is 48-33=15
So the net advantage/gain for person A with lower aptitude in block marks which he makes up with B is 25-15=10.

Now here my point is panelists are not same for each candidates ..how can they equate gd pi and bring them in normalization context.The standard supposition is faulty .Aprt from tht i have no other question on selection.

Frankly i know a girl's name who got selected who sat beside me in gd panel (won't reveal her name)..she hardly spoke and whatever she did was borrowed and she fumbled in between with two types of dialects .
god knows how she got so good marks.

I'm telling you in mamata style "these are all maosits..sabotage you see where deserving are not getting the break ."

what would be the cut off first waiting list of canara bank seeing the present scenario?

Joined allahabad bank today.........not very grt infrastructure but really a nice bank to work.....first impression was excellent ,,staff is very supportive....and main point is that they give hometown posting to most of candidates.........

today our DGM also visited my branch and motivate our team to perform well......

bro i guess you might not clear the above minimum qualifying marks......descriptive always entertain once you score minimum marks in non-descriptive section.
if dats not the case then you can take reasonable action against them.....

BHai yeh OBC bank ki vaccancy aa sakti hai ab kya chances hai.....

1 observation i made ...ab june mai jo CWE hoga iska result aaega sep-oct tak aur vaccancies aane lagegi around nov se ....and let say i couldnt clear CWE-2 so i will try to apply on basis of my CWE score card.

But as CWE-1 score card will expire in DEC-2012 so at max i can apply in 1-2 banks by CWE-1 scorecard....matlab yeh ki ab yeh card CWE-1 kisi kaam ka nahi hai rha...isme rakh kar ab mumfali khayi ja sakti hai........

BOI... coz.. its the 4th largest bank after SBI, PNB & BOB.... Better facilities.. Low bond... Gud HR policies.. etc.. I think if u r getting gud bank then 2 or 3 months don't matter....
