i need ur help puys i have a doubt m already working in Andhra bank as a PO from 4 months now i have got a call from IDBI Bank what to do which one is better idbi or Andhra bank in terms of bank size work culture salary perks and job location plzzz suggest people......

@adarsh10884 i am also selected in the 3rd waitlist of idbi po.......chandigarh mein medical hoga 3rd april se pehle.....aapka kidhar hai.......and what abt work culture, salary and allowances of idbi.......my score was 159 general....
