I have done a PGDHRM through SCDL Pune but I don't think its helping me career wise. So, I was planning to do some course may be 1yr MBA or any HR related course to enhance my career. Could any one please suggest me what would be the best professional course for me? I also heard about a 6 months licentiate programme in HR , is it of any value in terms of good placement?
I really need some guidance. Anyone ???
