Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum for my questions,
I have basically two questions, but before that I have almost 20 years of work-ex, I passed my BE in 1985, and in IT (software) at the moment. Have been thru Hardware side of IT, hade my own business as well. Now my questions;

hey Thanks Guys (Desperado, Ometra, Sib),

Well my objective to do this is simple....

I just want to validate my lernings in life against set standard business pracitces. I mau have learnt the wrong things in a right way or otherwise, that is what i wish to validate.

As for the carear prospects< i guess at this age in life this acadamic qualification will enhance the prospects at the max.

Goals remains more or less the same with r without an MBA, how to do the things best way possible.......

How I wish to acomplish that again is kinda straight forward, refine my good skills (acquired in last 20 years), mitigate the non-productive skills and learn from the thought processes of other leaders / leadres in the making.

Both of them are totally dependent upon your reasons for doing an MBA..
and score at your age should not be too much of a consideration.(we all know how the grey cells decay once you are past 35:) ), i think even 580-600 could suffice.
I think people out here will be able to provide a lot m...

Hi Pankaj,
at the very onset my congratulations to u for havin the fire to thnk for an MBA.Its really appreciative. I agree with sibs when he says that u shud consider MBA only from top notch like ISB...or for that matter IIMA.
If u go thru subbu's articles u will find that IIMA full time ...

Hello,
An MBA at any stage will be helpful..but only u can decide if its worth the money and effort you have put in..
I would say that you should only look to do executive MBA or MBA from ISB..
a factor that you have to analyse is how much value addition an MBA can give you..with so much...
