@All...
so far very informative thread... thanks to ankit, deep, gogmat & others for sharing useful information.. i wanted to sleep an hour and half ago, but could not as with each post the thread was becoming more insightful...
i'm planning to sit for my exam by mid of oct and targetting only ISB as mentioned in my earlier post on some other thread @pagalguy. I have OG-12 Manhattan set of 8 guides to start with. In addition to these, i also have RC99, SC Grail, Powerscore CR.
From the discussion in the thread, i should refer following books for resp sections
1. CR - Powerscore (it's good but too much info provided )
2. SC - Manhattan is good but not to miss on OG
3. Verbal - OG
4. RC - RC99 is best but not to avoid OG
5. Quant - OG
6. IR - OG
That's what best i can summarize from the past 90 mins read, my eyes are no more liking the laptop light in the dark room & mind has almost gone into the sleep mode. Guys, if you like to make any suggestions on the above books or anything related to strategy that i should take considering the time i have & only target to score min of 750 for the only b-school application i'll be making (i.e to ISB). Also, i can easily manage 3-4hrs a day from Mon-Frid & 8-10 hrs sat-sun.
I want to be very specific in my prep approach as in which section to be done from which book, so pls suggest accordingly.
Also, are you guys calculating your accuracy of test roughly on your own Or is there any way to get it along with scores in some test simulation available online or elsewhere
Good Luck...!!!
Regards,
ISB aspirant
