I just checked with our service provider, and IDEA-Maharashtra does seem to have intermittent delivery problems. These are matters that play at operator level and beyond our control. As of now for IDEA-Maharashtra, I can just suggest that you use another mobile number (family, friends) for this service. When I get an update about this problem's resolution, I'll inform you. Sorry about the inconvenience.
