@ash8ashok You should write to admission committee, they do waive off these requirements on case to case basis.
NUS has rolling applications, hence it is better to apply early. Plus it shows your interest in the school as well. Otherwise else schools maintain that R1 and R2 are similar in terms of evaluation of candidates.

Hi, With INSEAD, you can only mention your preference for the S'pore campus in the application, but it is eventually the b-school's decision, based on space available. However you would still have a choice to go to your preferred campus through the exchange program.

You have a good chance. The application for the 2013 intake would start around October 2012. The NUS essays are a bit different from the other schools, so apply well. Good luck!

Your profile seems good. You from an IT background? If yes, then GMAT is a concern. Try getting it to more than 700, as Indian IT segment is the most competitive. However, if you can package yourself well, have a go with the same score.
