I would like to inform you that, no one has replaced (new person) the post earlier people were holding, except Top-Management. The question you have raised against the Admin Officer is really sick and pathetic. We know him (students as well as staff members) since last 31 months and we have worked closely.
The question You have raised about pocketing money: He is a person having defence back ground and has struggled enough for his higher studies as well as to run MBS smoothly. We have seen him fighting against corruption and supporting students in MBS. Today the campus / hostels etc is only maintained by him. Dear MBS BHAI, can you please mention a single Business School which is run by only one Admin Officer and Assistant? Have you ever seen the demand of students and how he solves problems? What proof you have that, he has pocketed money? If you have any proof or guts then please come forward like a man and speak to him. How r u!!!!

Now life @ MBS seems to going in +ve directions. The Management has changed & GLIM has taken over. Slowly & slowly all the Old staffs r moving out & new r coming. But still there r few left who act as an Hindrance for the progress of the b-school. The biggest is the Admin officer of the institute. No projects & events has passed without filling his pockets. Hope all u understand what I mean. This s one of the biggest reason y no canteen facilities still present @ campus. All becoz of greediness of this guy. No only this, he has this habit of Harassing the students. Many complaints been done against him but no results. Hope the new management take a note of this & do the needful.

I have part time work exp of 6 months and taken CAT this year. Is their a minimum work-ex requirement at your college. also any idea on percentile required for next batch which is starting in June 2011?

Students should knw the reality of this school, which is just bluffing students into joining them. Getting people jobs in BPO or some petty ones doesnt make them a good b school. saving others from falling into the pit is not dirty. they are cheating on people by giving them fake promises. if that wasnt so, then why couldnt they come out with a new 4th batch according to their schedule of coming out with a new batch every six months. their was 1st batch in june , 2nd in september, 3rd in june and no fourth batch again. people should know their reality. a lot of mismanagement is present in the management of this school. this post is just an alert to all that.

(1) No doubt we have two class rooms , but we have world class rooms which can be compared with foreign universities and yes the institute is not in the shape as we have shifted from 4th floor to 3rd floor.4th floor is going to be used for PGPX and corporate programs.
(2) Propagators have been taught by all the faculties mentioned in the website and we have joined this batch after talking to propagators.
(3) Already we have been taught by professors from Chicago University (Dr.Shivnathan / Accounting), Prof.Dr. Vaidy (University of Miami / Operations), Prof.Dr.Shriram (Executive Director GLIM / Strategy) , Dr.Govind Hariharan (KSU USA / Economics) and many more to go. Not only us have the propagators also been taught by Dr.Bala, Dr.Jagdish Seth and many other faculties from foreign Universities. As time comes we will also be taught by faculties from the list in the website.
(4) About Placement: Already our propagator batch students have started getting placed and we would like to list it.

Placements is the very reason why individuals join for an MBA.. I hope you understand the plight of some ppl barking.. it is only placements..

I feel that you are one of those who have been trapped by this petty school. and for your kind information they had very many subjects which were taught for 6 hours eg. microfinance and subjects like tax as well ( and many more). these are the subjects i am sure need a lot of focus and time, and six hours is very less. and when i say present batch in a soup i have said after full enquiry. also i believe you have been given wrong information about 90% students given opportunity for interviews. it is fake and wrong at all. i have full proof of what i am saying, and this college makes you speak to students who can talk positively for them, but i am sure that even they dont like the managment and environment at college(which i came to know after talking to many students there and by being there).

this college forwards you to bpo profiles and to very small companies to which even nobody has even heard of. their is no clarity over placements by anyone(told by students only).

if you are talking about professors like dr bala, then please go and ask your friends once again, no professor of such deemed figure would ever come back to this college again(may be they have been trapped once). btw even they dont hold a good view about the college management and a nerd pshyco principal. the college hasnt paid the salaries to a lot of professor who came to teach here. and not only that now no one in the list you are showing on website takes any interest in college because of the filthy management done by the principal.

And most of it all, if you are not the student of this college then why are you so keen in explaining me things on phone. i think you are one of those who have got trapped by this college. people who go to this college are the one who can not go to any college. the school has somehow taken big names on the website but then it is just for the sake of it, all of them who later came to know the truth about this college left it. a lot of them left it but the one who got trapped are still sulking and leaving it one by one. and about the few students who got trapped by this college are still sulking and giving fake picture to others. please dont do bad to others like this. i would never recommend this college to anyone, i know atleast 15 people from here and all of them have told me the real picture of this college and recommended me a big NO TO JOINING THIS COLLEGE.

and i would suggest you that if you have any capabilities and brains then never join this college and unfortunately if you have done then dont misguide others into joining this college and stop faking out that you are not a student of thiS BAD SHADY COLLEGE

I disagree to you. Even I am not a student of MBS and I have referred two students to MBS in second and third batch. If you want I can tell their names and if you really have some one then please tell those names. My two friends in second and third batches are happy enough with the college. They say the faculties are of international quality. Even professors like Dr.Blala have taught them. Then how do you say that they are only using big names. Yes placement is slow and they do agree that it is off season. But what facts and figures they are saying is completely true as my friend in second batch has communicated to me. As festive season is going on since last 15 to20 days the placement speed has also come down. Already they have given an interview opportunity to 90% students. But yes unfortunately there are few students those could not crack interview even after appearing 5 to 6 interviews and this includes my friend also. And they do accept the fact that they have not attended the classes properly and they have not spent time with mentors for preparing their selves ready for the industry & interview. Still the Institute is giving them opportunity. When I asked him about the Gap between 30 and 6 hrs, they told it is not exactly what you have interpreted. They have been taught at least 20 hrs for each subject and after that they have been given 6 hrs for extra classes. So the class hrs comes to 26 hrs. And dear 26 hrs for each subject in one year MBA is sufficient. About the principal what ever you have mentioned is not right as I am being told by my friends (studying in MBS). They say he is good enough to inter act and about faculties leaving MBS is not a serious mater as it happens in every institution. When ever some one gets a better opportunity, he / she leave the current organization. How can you say that present batch is in a soup??? You have no right to say that present students are trapped and for that they are pretending and propagating about the institute. Do you have any proof????? I do have the proof at least of one student from each batch who can answer you face to face. If you have some one then please name them!!! I know as these few batches have taken admission somehow at MBS and now there is no way that they can come out of the mess, hence they are propogating good things about it unnecessarily, but the truth is, it is a very bad college. As far as somebody getting placed at a package of as high as 6.3 lacs is a complete rumour. as when i enquired i was told that 5 students have got placed and 3.6 lacs has been the highest package till now. so please mbs students i know that you have got in a soup but please dont misguide others into taking admission in this school and i am told this staight from the student.

Hi All, even I got admission in this school but luckily i got to talk to few students of this school. they told me that the placement was very bad for the students, not only that none of the students in the current batch has got placed. this school has somehow been able to manage to get the names of big people on the website rest they contribute nothing towards academics or placements. I went there with a cheque and just got saved. they are trying to churn out a batch every 6 months and even take admission at the mid of the course. the students told me that initially they were supposed to keep 30 hours for each subject which was crashed down to 20 hours and then later to 6 hours from the 3 semester. also, the school couldnt make a mark at all because of bad management and academics and hence there was no 4th batch rolled out as supposed last june. even the first batch students took around a year to get placed. 25/30 got placed at around 2.5 to 3 lakhs of salary. the principal of the school is a complete tyranny and never listens to students. he misbehaves with his faculties and a lot of them have left the institute because of this. its a very very bad school. thank god i got saved and hope you all too benefit out of my review.

I have gone through few tings about this school, and i feel this one sounds interesting.. However, i have the following three question for which if i get replies from you considerately i will be really really thankful to you.. I know a few questions have been repeated but then i have to ask:

1) I have taken GMAT on Aug 29th 2008.. I got a score of 640.. and I have two years of IT work ex.. and did a certificate course in stock markets to shift into finance.. Also doing a distance course in Investment banking which would get completed in april perhaps.. i am not sure of it as there is lotta reading to do.. this too for transition into finance.. I am looking for the batch that would start in June or July or Aug or whenever it is.. (I presume every year MBS has two intakes, am i right? ) and how about my chances of getting selected comfortably?

2) How about Finance related compaines visiting the campus? I want to make a career in Finance.. Also guys, i would be glad if anyone kindly let me know whether there is 100% placement record? and also the average package? I am sorry i am repeating these questions but i have to..
